Taking into account the history of the area, we define new spaces to live and work, for residents and workers of the Technopark, also through the reopening of public areas for the Lido community.
The project, located near Nicelli airport, will re-functionalize an area of 48,000 square meters in compliance with the ecosystem, sustainability and conservation criteria. The campus will house researchers and employees, offering residential facilities, restaurants, a fitness center and a kindergarten.
The revaluation of the historic area will strengthen the local economy, create jobs and return iconic places such as the Marinoni Theater and the Church of Santa Maria Nascente to public use.
